| The above-mentioned prices are per person per day and inclusive of (B&B) or deluxe half-board, access to "La Fonte" wellness facilities and all services included for a 3-day minimum stay. A 10% supplement will be applied for shorter stays. |

| IMPORTANT NOTES |

Rooms are at your disposal from 2 pm on arrival day and must be vacated within 10.00 am of the day of departure.
To confirm your booking, we will require a deposit equal to 30% of your total stay. This is taken as a guarantee and will not be given back in case of unilateral cancellation.
Cancellation policy: 30 to 15 days before arrival: 30% penalty; 14 to 1 day before arrival: 70% penalty; no show: 100% penalty. In case of late arrival or earlier departure a 3-day stay will be charged.
Missed meals will not be refunded.
The Gran Baita Villa Mitzi Hotel & Resort is a NON-Smoking Hotel. Therefore it is absolutely forbidden to smoke in any part of the house, including guest rooms.
Small pets, subject to previous agreement, are generally accepted. Please remember that they have to be kept on a lead and they are not allowed in the restaurant, in the bar and in the wellness center. Please bring a dog’s bed or a blanket. The fee includes special cleaning of the room at departure.
